Security training



Security training We train our security guard in subjects of security to optimize performance and corrective defects every month by professional trainer. Our trainer will be define the training topic according current situation or events to be extra careful to take care employer and their property. Moreover, inform company’s news to security guard and acknowledge problem and suggestion from security guard for correct the operation to conform the policy of employer.

Special Training Courses
          The Training Department will conduct various special training courses deemed necessary for all security guards to possess practical knowledge and skills to achieve true individual effectiveness. These courses include:
        - Fire Prevention and Fire Extinguishing Course
        - First Aid/Fire Victim Assistance Course
        - Suspicious Object Investigation/Explosive Detection and Bomb Threat Investigation Course
 
Weekly Training
 
     The Training Department has developed a four-day training program for new security guards. The course details are as follows:
 
     1. General Security Knowledge
     2. Basic Legal Knowledge
     3. Crime Prevention and Suppression
     4. Human Relations for Security Guards
     5. Fire Prevention and Fire Suppression
     6. Search and Recognition of Persons and Vehicles
     7. Traffic and Traffic Laws
     8. Financial and Social Security Knowledge
     9. Basic Military Discipline
     10. Combat and Self-Defense with Batons
     11. Radio Use and Maintenance
     12. Rules and Regulations for Security Guards
     13. Knowledge and Understanding of Good Service
 
Before starting actual work, security guards who have completed the training course must undergo an internship at the agency where they will begin actual work for 1 day.
